Could Adult Sasuke Bring Itachi Back?

It all started with a kid having a fox spirit sealed inside him, hated by everyone, despised by everyone, feared by everyone. Yet fighting all the odds he managed to fulfill his dream and became the village Hokage. We all are pretty accustomed to Naruto's story. But along with his journey, we stumbled across several other characters who touched our hearts. It has been observed that the two most loved characters apart from Naruto in the Naruto Manga are Minato Namikaze (Naruto's father) and Itachi Uchiha (Sasuke's older brother). And today we will be certainly talking regarding one.

We all saw in the Anime or Manga that during the fourth great ninja war, Sasuke's left eye Sharingan evolved into a Rinnegan. This power was given to him when Hagoromo's spirit gave half of his chakra to Sasuke. His Rinnegan contains six tomoe split between its first two ripples and retains all of the abilities of his Mangekyō Sharingan. If Sasuke overuses the power of his Rinnegan, the tomoe will disappear until it has fully recharged, a process which takes a considerable amount of time. During this time, he is unable to use the Rinnegan's full power and apparently cannot even activate the Mangekyo Sharingan in his other eye.

Now, this is completely my hypothesis that since Sasuke needs Hagoromo's chakra in order to activate his Rinnegan so, there is a far greater probability that he can perform a Rinne-Rebirth Jutsu. So Yes, Sasuke could easily bring Itachi back to life.

But, and yes, this is a but, bringing Itachi back to life would be an insult to Itachi. The first and foremost thing is that it would be an insult to Itachi. Don't forget even though Itachi spent his entire life as a traitor, he died as a Hero. It would go against everything that Itachi ever stood for. Even after Itachi's revival, he might live in the Hidden Leaf Village, where everyone still thinks of him as a traitor. On the contrary, if he doesn't want to be acknowledged as a traitor, he must explain why he massacred the Uchiha clan in the first place. And doing so it would ruin the Uchiha name.
