For example, based on the fare rule associated with the bookings, the unused portion of the flight segment will be calculated on the basis of a prorated amount. The cancellation fee and other taxes would be applicable. 
7. Refunds for the payment made by credit card will be processed within seven business days. All other refund requests will be processed within 20 business days.
