  • Now under the Processes tab, search and right-click QBW32.exe process, and click End Process Tree.


  • Now click OK, open the Run command window by pressing Windows + R key on your keyboard, type C:\ProgramData\Intuit\Entitlement Client\v6 or 8, and hit OK.


  • Next, in this folder, find and erase EntitlementDataStore.ecml file.
