Document bundle creation for Law Firms

Attorneys manage their case documents in Matter folders of law firm software. For submitting the documents to court or sharing with external parties, it is required to create a document bundle containing one of more files, based on the specifications defined in the settings. Settings will contain the list of documents, order, formatting of the merged documents and document type (docx or pdf).

PageLightPrime extends DMS by providing document bundle service. Source documents are stored in matter folders and when documents are changed, bundle gets refreshed automatically. Merged documents are shared with external users through PageLightPrime law firm client portal eliminating the need to use email for collaboration. Bundle can include following document types as sources docx, pdf, email, power point and excel files. Settings are created based on practice area and can be reused in the solution without the need to create templates for every new requests. Information management policies can be applied, so the court submitted documents can be treated as records for compliance requirements.
